In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Panthera Africa NPC. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s and/or donations, is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
Your information
You are only minutes away from making your secure purchase and/or donation through our online shop; we have made the process very easy and secure for you. Browse through our great products and add any items that you wish to buy and/or donate into the shopping cart. After adding an item, you can easily get back to the check out via the cart button. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. The information required is (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation and/or purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
Privacy
We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy, which may be accessed from our home page.
Payments
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your purchase and/or donation your transaction will be processed through 3rd party payment gateways (see below). By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize the 3rd party payment gateway provider to request funds from your credit, debit, Payfast or PayPal account.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order and payment, and you will be supplied with your chosen items.
Purchase of and/or donations through Adoptions, Certificates and specific Fundraisers will contribute to projects and animals selected and specified either by yourself or Panthera Africa. Should donations for any particular appeal exceed our target for that appeal then we will use your donation wherever the need is greatest.
3rd Party Payment Gateways
Depending on your location or checkout currency choice we take payments via credit card, PayPal & Payfast 3rd parties. Paypal may or may not give further alternative currency options of their own at extra rate exchange charges.
Refunds and errors

Recurring Payments
These Terms and Conditions will also apply to successive donations made through the Website where you have set up a monthly donation. When you set up a recurring donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series. By confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation you authorize our payment service provider PayPal to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you set. To cancel your regular donation please contact us at info@pantheraafrica.com.
Our Website Services
Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age or are a minor with parental consent. You agree that any information you provide to us about yourself upon registration or at any time will be true and accurate.
