Panthera Africa’s 10-Year Celebration Fundraiser at Stardust

On Thursday, 24 April 2025, the Panthera Africa family gathered at Stardust in Cape Town for an unforgettable evening to celebrate a decade of passion, purpose, and pride. The event was not only a celebration of our 10-year journey, but also a fundraiser to support the animals that call Panthera Africa home — and what a success it was!

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our supporters, we raised over R130,000, all of which will go directly toward our ongoing veterinary care and food for our pride. A heartfelt thank you to every guest who attended, bid, and supported the cause.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all the incredible sponsors who contributed to the evening’s auction. Your donations made a significant difference and ensured that every winning bid helped us get one step closer to our fundraising goals. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, meaningful connections, and of course, music and dancing in true Stardust style!

This special event marked a beautiful milestone in Panthera Africa’s legacy — a moment to pause, reflect, and honour all who have walked this road with us: past and present team members, volunteers, visitors, and our incredible supporters.

And we’re not done yet! For our local pride members, we’re excited to announce that our next celebration will be held in October at Stanford Manor House. This will be a more intimate affair where our community can come together again in support of the sanctuary.
